Welcome to Sugar Bloom Sweets & Catering. By purchasing from us, visiting our store, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Sugar Bloom Sweets & Catering provides freshly made cotton candy, candy products, flavored sugars, catering services, and custom items. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because many of our items are handmade and prepared fresh, colors, packaging, and product appearance may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to:

- Limit quantities of any product

- Discontinue products at any time

- Refuse service to anyone for any reason

3. Food Safety & Handling

All edible products are prepared in compliance with applicable food safety guidelines.

Customers are responsible for:

- Proper storage of products after delivery or pickup

- Following storage instructions provided

- Monitoring expiration or shelf-life timelines

Sugar Bloom Sweets is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage, exposure to heat, humidity, or mishandling after delivery.

4. Orders & Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payments through:

- Online checkout

- In-store purchases

- Invoices for approved orders or events

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Sugar Bloom Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions

- Carrier delays

- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, all food sales are final.

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

- The order arrives damaged

- The order is incorrect

- Items are missing

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless an error was made by Sugar Bloom Sweets.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders require approval of design details before production begins.

Once production has started:

- Changes may not be possible

- Refunds will not be issued

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, colors, and details before approval.

8. Event & Catering Services

Deposits may be required to reserve event dates.

Event deposits are:

- Non-refundable

- Applied toward the total balance

Final guest counts and payments must be completed prior to the event date.

Sugar Bloom Sweets reserves the right to cancel services due to:

- Unsafe working conditions

- Venue restrictions

- Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

9. Pricing & Errors

We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, designs, images, and branding associated with Sugar Bloom Sweets are the property of the business and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

11. Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

- Sugar

- Artificial flavors

- Food colorings

- Common allergens depending on ingredients

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should contact us before consuming our products.

Sugar Bloom Sweets is not responsible for allergic reactions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Bloom Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
