At Sugar Bloom Sweets, we take pride in providing high-quality, freshly made treats. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Food & Edible Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food items, including cotton candy, flavored sugars, or candy products.
However, if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Defective
- Missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
Non-Custom Merchandise (if applicable)
Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Issues
Sugar Bloom Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions. We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months.
Refunds & Replacements
If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
